Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities to Host Community Honors Award Banquet April 21, 2023
Nominations are NOW OPEN for the 2023 Community Honors Award Banquet, hosted by WCBDD.
We all know of someone who consistently goes the extra mile to lend a hand, or the individual who works harder to achieve a goal more than anyone you've ever known. Are you thinking of someone yet? They are the ones who consistently find ways to raise the bar, serve others with a smile, and leave a lasting impression on those around them.
NOW is the time to honor their positive impact and achievements. From now until March 24, 2023, we encourage you to nominate a person, group, business, or organization for a community honors award. There are seven award categories:
- The Community Impact Award
- The Cammi Chamberlain Pillar of Character Award
- Volunteer of the Year Award
- The Empowering Minds Award
- Individual Achievement Award
- The Young Pioneer Award
- Helping Hands Award
