NOTICE TO BIDDERS: CAMPUS FIRE ALARM SYSTEM UPGRADES

Sealed proposals will be received by the Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities no later than 3:00 pm local time on Wednesday April 26, 2023 at 1921 East Gypsy Lane Road, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 (Entrance B – Service and Support Building). Bids will be opened and read publicly immediately following in Conference Room B-186A. The Service and Support Building is Building B, and is accessed by way of Entrance B. Proposals received after that date and time shall be considered late and will be returned to the submitting party unopened. Proposals shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, permits, and transportation for the proper and complete performance of all Work described in the Contract Documents at the following location:

All bidding documents will be forwarded SHIPPING CHARGES COLLECT. Contractor may obtain Documents for a nonrefundable charge as determined by Becker Impressions.

 

Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid or a Certified Check in the sum of 10% of the proposal amount.

 

Single Prime Project Estimate: $380,000.00
 

The Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or parts of any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the bids received.

 

Bids shall be received in the Form of Proposal furnished in the Project Manual. No other form will be accepted.

 

A Prebid Site Walk-Thru will be held on Thursday April 6, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the project site. Meeting will be in Conference Room B-186A – Entrance B Service and Support Building. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
