Get Started

Families eligible for services may be able to request funds for approved services per fiscal year. The funds are available dependent upon funding availability and service provider availability. Families are required to make co-payments based upon their taxable income using a co-payment scale established by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. If you believe your family could benefit from Family Support Services, please call 419-352-5115 and ask to speak with someone from Family Support Services.

Funding for the Family Support Services program is provided by the DODD in an annual allocation. Wood County Board of DD  provides additional funds to help meet the needs of families.
